Tribute To My Mother

You are listening to "Angels Among Us" by Alabama

Mom, I can never thank you enough for always being there
for me and being a special part of my life, but I can say
you are very special to me, you're the best Mom ever and I
say that with PRIDE. I Love You, your daughter, Sherrie.

A TRIBUTE TO MY DEAR MOTHER:
You never gave birth to me
Things just aren't as you see.
You never taught me how to walk
You never taught me how to talk
You never taught me how to dress
Nothing like all the rest.
You never taught me how to play
No matter what you try to say.
You are my MOTHER in my heart,
You were meant to be from the start.
You showed me how to love,
Especially the one above.
You taught me how to laugh
You taught me how to be myself,
You taught me self respect.
You taught me morals and values,
You showed me direction
in which I needed to see.
MOM you took the time
to care for me.
Biological is just a word,
Between us it goes unheard.
For I love you
My Dear Mother.

Mom, I hope that you cherish thie poem as much as I
cherish you. It has been a blessing for me to have you
in my life and I am very thankful for you. I want you to
know how much you mean to me, although at times I
dont show it.

Mom, you and your family took me in and loved me just
like the rest, you all accepted me as I was and never
judged me.

This poem came from my heart, it was the best way I could
put into words how I feel, and I know you feel the same.
I just want you to know when I think of Mom, it is you
that comes to mind for you have loved me
truly and unconditionally.

As one can see, this is NOT my birth mother. It takes more
than just giving birth to be a mother. This very special
person came into my life and she has been a mother to me
in every way a mother should be.
Mom, I love you and you mean the world to me!!!
